In the event of any loss, or unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal information that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will investigate and notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

MODIFICATIONS OR UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed from time to time to take account of new laws and technology, changes to our operations and practices and the changing business environment. This Privacy Policy may be modified or updated at any time. The most current version of this Privacy Policy can be obtained by contacting our Privacy Officer. Please note that if at any time we are required by law to release your personal information, we must cooperate fully. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our acts or practices that relate to employee records of current or former employees.
