All you need to know about making tyres simple

Parts Departments can also request tyres to be delivered next day and receive a delivery discount where possible.

tyreconnect is backed by Manufacturer’s warranty which is normally up to 5 years.

There is no delivery cost on a standard tyreconnect delivery. If you elect to order your tyres on Express Delivery, there is a fee of $20 for the entire order irrespective of quantity.  

There is no cut-off time for the tyreconnect portal, however, given that many businesses close at 5 pm, all orders placed after 2 pm will default to the following morning. Should you require your tyres that you have ordered after 2 pm, you can either order Express Service or contact the client support team regarding your order.  

One of the great things about tyreconnect’s delivery service, is that as there are no set runs, we technically don’t have a last
cutoff time. If you are open within a few hours of placing your order, then we’ll be more than happy to deliver it out to you. However, due
to most businesses closing at 5pm, orders placed after 2pm will automatically go on a delivery for the next day. If you an order the
same day as a post-2pm order, please contact our friendly client support team and let them know when you require your tyres.

If you place an order in the afternoon for the following morning, your tyres will arrive within the tyreconnect delivery time frame (within a few hours) starting from 8am the following morning.

Our drivers are trained to always notify us if a job looks like it may run late, this means that if we believe the tyre may arrive later
than expected, you will be always be aware of the potential delay. If a tyre does not arrive within our delivery window and you have
not been notified, then we advise giving our contact centre a call. We can quickly and easily track our drivers, analyse the delay and
provide you with an updated ETA.

Each tyre has a Market Price listed on it’s tile. This price is inclusive of GST and is for your business to use as a guide as to what that tyre might sell for in the marketplace and includes fitment, balancing and disposal. The market price can be used to tell how competitive you may be once you have applied any necessary margin or fitment charges that your business may charge.

If a tyre is showing “stock level high” and is green on the portal, there is more than 4 units available and you can place orders on the portal. When there is less than 4 available, the tyre will show in red and show “stock level low” in these instances you can contact the Client Support Team to check stock levels and place orders manually should there be the appropriate stock available.  

Yes, in order to add representatives to the portal you can email marketing@tyreconnect.com.au with the Full Name, Email, Job Title and direct phone number (if applicable) for anyone you wish to have added.  

No, currently tyreconnect does not have a “my account” section. However if you do require any invoices you can contact the Client Support team on 1300 244 170 or on orders@tyreconnect.com.au
