Interpretation

“Company” means the entity owning the Website (namely “TYRECONNECT Pty Ltd” or “tyreconnect”) and any related body corporate as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). “Client” means any user and/or visitor of the Website.

The Client’s personal information may be used for the following purposes:

The Company may also disclose the Client’s personal and non-personal information when relevant to do so, in line with the Services the Company provides.

Where the Company provides information to a third party at the Client’s request, the Client acknowledges that its information will be handled in accordance with the third party’s privacy policy and not in accordance with the Company Privacy Policy.

The Company uses Cookies to provide the Client with seamless access to the Website. Cookies can not collect data such as name, email address, or anything about a user’s computer. The Company does not collect or store the session details obtained through the use of Cookies.

The Company uses Google Analytics to help improve the efficiency and usability of the Website.

Google Analytics gathers statistics about the Client’s access of the Website. Google Analytics anonymously tracks the interaction of the Client with the Website.

The data collected by Google Analytics is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located outside Australia. Google may transfer the collected data to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

Amplitude

The Company uses Amplitude to help improve the efficiency and usability of the Website. Amplitude gathers statistics about the Client’s access of the Website. Amplitude anonymously tracks the interaction of the Client with the Website.

The data collected by Amplitude is transmitted to and stored by Amplitude on servers located outside Australia. Amplitude may transfer the collected data to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Amplitude’s behalf.

By accessing and/or using the Website, the Client agrees to the processing of data by Amplitude in the manner described in Amplitude’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://amplitude.com/privacy.

Security

The Company makes every reasonable effort to protect the Client’s personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modifications or disclosure.

Whole Agreement

This Privacy Policy together with the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use of the Company shall govern all transactions between the parties.

The Client and the Company agree that the Privacy Policy may be altered unilaterally by the Company at any time and without notice.
